I love NYX and I usually buy it at Ulta. However I wanted the engraved brush so I ordered from their website. They marked my card as fraud and now have to pay $50 for a new card.

I order online and never got my package delivered in 2 weeks. Turns out that UPS lost my package and they were asking me to wait for a 7 days investigation before i get my package. I then called NYX to get refund of my money. The agent on the phone told me i'll get my money back in 5 business days. Still Waiting!! NYX Customer care is a total disaster. Never purchase from the website They agents are pure liars and they can say anything to have you hangout. Worst customer care experience in my life. Will never purchase again from any nyx website . Total waste of money

If you had a business and everyone called all day about not recieving their stuff you would investigate too with the shipping company. You dont just give free stuff away when you own a business you would make no money

So I ordered yest from their website worth 51 usd and right after I put in my details it said credit card rejected YET I received a message from my bank that they charged me 51 usd but my account shows no order placed, i havnt received any email about my order. WHAT SCAM IS THIS? IS THIS HOW BIG COMPANIES RIP YOU OFF?! So disappointed. If I dont get my money back I am sooo boycotting this brand!

Hazardous mascara

I purchased a pink colored mascara, very excited to try it out. Wore it and it looked like glue with pink coloring. Use two different type of eye makeup remover and it would not come off!! I used face wash and still have the mascara and a few eyelashes missing. Hope others have a better experience with the mascara.

Brushes set, really upset.

my mom got me the brushes set for my birthday and I only used it twice when the little hairs start coming off. I am not sure if all brushes are this cheap, but the cost is pretty expensive for them to only last a day or so. This is my first time trying this product and I am very dissapointed. I am a fan of make up and always like to try new products but the fact that my new brushes came out to be so cheap really upset me. I wanted to return them but they were so messed up i threw them away. I wouldn't want anyone else paying for something is that is not worth their money and time!

Nyx Cosmetics - Shipping Service Review

I had 2 items on my order not included when I received my order in february, I am at this point exetremly frustrated because I could not get ahold of this company for almost 2 months... Then ever since I tried to place a call I would be on hold for 5-10 minutes multiple times in the call and then they all told me the same thing; that I would get a call back in 2-5 days. Which I never did. Not to mention I have called 4 times since and no one has either taken me serious or this customer service is awful. I am very very frustrated and I would like the items to be shipped or a refund. The items I did not receive were "Butter Gloss Set 9" and "Liquid Suede Set 5" I have paid for both of these sets and have not received them over 4 months ago.

I placed my order Thursday night and I received the order confirmation email but haven't received any type of status update shipping info or anything like that I can't get through to nyx and nobody has responded back to my emails or calls. The reason I'm so nervous is because on the nyx website my order status says DELIVERED but nothing has been delivered to me my order is still processing!! I'm so confused and seeing all these bad reviews is making me more nervous I hope for the best outcome. But I will never order off of Nyx website again. I ordered from Bh cosmetics and kat von d at the same time I ordered from Nyx and I received my Bh package Saturday and I will be getting my kat von d package tomorrow. But not even a word from NYX!!!!

I'm nervous as well! My issue is that my package was delivered to me, but I haven't received anything!

I've been trying to find my package, but no one seems to know what to do or help me. I've contacted NYX to see what they can do, but after reading reviews on them I feel like I should just kiss my package goodbye.

My order on the website also said delivered for a few days, with no email and no tracking # present. Today the status has changed to "delayed" with a tracking number that does not yet yield any tracking result.

I think yours will change too, just keep an eye on the website. I also ordered Feb 20. Nyx always did take a while to ship, I am used to waiting 14 days for my order to arrive on my doorstep, but since my last order Nyx was purchased by Loreal and is undergoing changes to the business and or website.

I would still expect us all to receive our orders within 14 days. Hopefully.

Same exact thing happened to me. I just made my order of the 40% off sale on lip products on Monday, February 20th 2017 and received an email saying delivered the next day.

I didn't receive anything in the mail. They immediately took my money but I have no products.

I've left messages and emails and still a few days later no one has gotten back to me. I just want to cancel my order and get my money back ASAP!

well, the day after I wrote this review my order had tracking numbers! So everything is squared away now I'm suppose to receive my package tomorrow. I say give it about a week and keep checking your order status on nyx website.

I was having the same issue, but when i check nyx website for status things seem to be ironing themselves out. I now have a working tracking # that shows the order is prepared to ship.

I havent received any emails but it sounds like those arent reliable anyway. Prob due to changes being made to their system. Check the website status and tracking, in your acct.

If it still looks messed up, send them a message thru fb or insta with your order # and a description of the issue. That is what I would do.

Never sent item, then said they would, still didn't!

I put in an order, and it arrived but with one item missing, even though I was charged for it. I sent them an e-mail explaining this in clear, simple language, along with the name of the lipstick I did not receive. I got a reply back a week later saying that I was not charged for an eye pencil that I didn't receive. Um...ok? I guess they just barely skimmed my email. I sent another reply back, explaining, again, in ever clearer language with a photo of my invoice showing that I was charged for a certain lipstick which was not in my package. I received several days later an email that they were sorry and that they'd send me the lipstick and I could expect to be emailed the tracking number for it soon. That was a month an a half ago. I did not receive a tracking number, nor a lipstick. I give up on these people. I know mistakes happen, but how do you drop the ball three times on one order?

Nyx had a 40% off sale, well I made the order and received a confirmation; Nyx has my money!!!!!!! Then sends me a email that my order has been delivered!!! No it hasn't!!! Joanne the scamming *** company I WILL NOT order anything from this site ever again. Customer service is ***!!! You call them and operator picks up saying sorry for the wait we're having an issue with high calls and which is BS!! I've left several messages and haven't received a call back regarding my order. I want to cancel the order I made this past Monday! February 20, two thousand and {{Redacted}} seventeen!! I want my money back now you piece of {{Redacted}}!!!!

I have been trying to contact customer service since i got my order on 02/28... they did not send one item and sent the wrong color in another...

customer service does not exist this is my first and last time ordering with this company... ill take my chances in store or use Ulta next time.

Update, tracking was not working before but it is now. Item hasnt left NYX yet but it should soon. Still no email, having to log into nyx acct to check status.

I have the same thing going on I now have a tracking. No email since date of order.

However, when I look on the account status of order it says delayed and they refunded the money. I called again and left a message so I'm trying to be patient right now.

I ordered during that sale too and never received a shipping confirmation. Checked the website a few days ago and my order also said delivered, but it hadnt even shipped yet!

Today there is a tracking number, but the status now says "delayed." I have ordered from this company twice in the past with great results but NYX has since been purchased by Loreal and changes are being made. They probably are suffering high call volumes due to all the messed up orders.

Ive seen many complaints over the past few months, hoping we both get our orders soon and in full. Insta tag is ashbash81oh if you want to compare notes.

I reside in India and had ordered online for $55 through my PayPal account. The packet had to be delivered to my friend in California. After 10 days of placing the order, I contacted the toll-free number and the executive told me that my packet was already delivered, but the apartment number was missing so they delivered it to some front office.However, my friend told me that there is no front office around the house. So, technically they left it to someone else. Now, I keep mailing them for the refund but there is no revert. Lost *** $55.I will never recommend/ repurchase from this Company.

Had the same awful experience yesterday lasting from 12:50pm to 7:50 pm. When you ask them to call back they call back to tell you they are too busy to help you. The reason I want to reach them is that they sent me a 20 coupon due to poor service after I also got the wrong items. Then they wouldn't accept the coupon code they sent me on an online order . I have sent them over 5 emails they don't respond to. They finally did email me back and had the nerve to sign off with oxoxox. How dare they. The email said how sorry they were, but it didn't resolve anything.

I will never buy NYX products in store or online again. I ordered 3 products online, was immediately charged for all 3, then a week later, I was refunded the total for all 3 products, then recharged for only 1 product.

A few days later, I only received that one product in the mail. I went online to see if the reason was because they were out of the product, but they still showed it as available to be purchased in the colors I ordered. Tried calling customer service, waited on the phone for 30 minutes (they kept offering a call back option but I wanted to wait), then told me that I had waited too long and to call back later and hung up on me. I called back and tried the call back option, and received a call back in about 45 minutes, and it was a recording saying they were still too busy and to try back later.

So I tried their online contact form, and it's been a week and still haven't received an email from them. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have yet to talk to anyone about my order. So even though they refunded the money, I want to know why I wasn't able to get those products, when they still show they are available to purchase.

Shouldn't they send an email telling you that they are going to refund and recharge money? Again, never again with this company.

The same thing happened to me twice. I ordered three things the first time.

When I finally got the package, I was missing an item and was never told whether or not I'd be getting it but was charged for it. This time I ordered four things and I only got three but was charged for all of them.

WTF if up with them not giving me one of my items EVERY TIME. And it's not sold out because it shows on the website as available...

I returned two items at their store and was informed it just had to be reimbursed on my bank card which would take up to ten days. That was 6 months ago... they never reimbursed my money. I've inquired three times about it with no success. I will never shop here again.
